Work with Vohn

My blog Vohn’s Vittles is full of great-tasting new recipes.  I love to cook dishes from all over the world, developing recipes to use all-natural ingredients, which I try to source as locally as possible.  I am passionate that we can all eat interesting creative food, whilst still working to reduce our food miles and support independent growers and producers.

I enjoy working with brands to develop recipes using their products.  An example of this is the work that I have done for Mackays, a local company who make wonderful curds, marmalades and preserves…

Christmas Pudding Truffles

Beetroot and Bramble Puffed Tartlets, with Sugared Walnuts

Chocolate and Orange Marmalade Cupcakes

Spiced Ginger Baked Camembert

Strawberry Crunch Ice cream

Chocolate Lime Tart

All my work so far has been online but I am happy to discuss proposals to write for traditional media too.

If you would like to work with Vohn’s Vittles, please email me your requirements or initial thoughts and we can discuss appropriate rates for the work involved.  My fees are generally very affordable and well-worth the commitment and professionalism I apply to every assignment.

I look forward to hearing from you at vohnmcg@live.com
